Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, as assigned.
- Assess clients’ health conditions and monitor changes in their medical status.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of practice.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.
- Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare professionals, clients, and family members.
- Educate clients and caregivers on health conditions, medications, and care instructions.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with applicable regulations.
- Follow infection control procedures and patient safety standards.
- Report changes in clients’ conditions and communicate concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a license that qualifies the candidate to practice in Oklahoma.
- Previous nursing or home health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide compassionate patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations, as required.
- Ability to complete required documentation and comply with agency policies.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a multistate nursing license valid for practice in Oklahoma. Previous experience in healthcare, home health, or a clinical setting is preferred.
- Interpersonal relations abilities.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.
- Shift times and days vary with client needs.
