Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In-Home Care

Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized in-home care and daily living assistance to seniors and adults in our community.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers within your training and authorized duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as assigned.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders when permitted by company policy and the care plan.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards.

CNA Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or applicable credentials required for the position and duties.
• Previous experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior care is preferred.
• Knowledge of personal care, client safety, and activities of daily living.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required documentation.
• Successful completion of applicable background checks and onboarding.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, as required.

Service Areas
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care services in the following areas: El Reno, OK, Mustang, OK, Yukon, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Bethany, OK. Please note that available assignments may vary depending on client needs and location.

Training and Team Support
We offer onboarding, guidance, and support to help CNAs reinforce existing skills and understand client-specific care requirements.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

• High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.

• Interpersonal relations abilities.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required. 
• Shift times and days vary with client needs.
