Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized in-home care and daily living assistance to seniors and adults in our community.

CNA Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers within your training and authorized duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as assigned.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Provide medication reminders when permitted by company policy and the care plan.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
CNA Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or applicable credentials required for the position and duties.
- Previous experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of personal care, client safety, and activities of daily living.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required documentation.
- Successful completion of applicable background checks and onboarding.
- Reliable transportation to client homes, as required.

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care services in the following areas: El Reno, OK, Mustang, OK, Yukon, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Bethany, OK. Please note that available assignments may vary depending on client needs and location.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
- Interpersonal relations abilities.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.
- Shift times and days vary with client needs.
