Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is hiring dependable and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to assist seniors and adults with daily living in the comfort of their homes.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will help clients with personal hygiene, daily routines, mobility, and other activities according to their individualized care plans and your authorized scope of practice.
Personal Care Aide Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients with daily living activities while respecting their dignity and independence.
- Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers within your training and assigned duties.
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policies.
- Follow care plans and report changes in client needs or condition.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful communication.
Personal Care Aide Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, PCA, Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or similar direct-care professional is preferred.
- Understanding of personal care, activities of daily living, and client safety.
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to individual needs.
- Ability to follow care instructions and complete required documentation.
- Willingness to complete onboarding and required background screening.
- Reliable transportation to client locations, as required.
We are hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home care services in the following areas: El Reno, OK, Mustang, OK, Yukon, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Bethany, OK. Please note that available assignments may vary depending on client needs and location.
