Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will run production machinery, ensure compliance with cGMP standards, follow SOPs, and support the safe, efficient processing of drug products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pharmaceutical equipment for weighing, blending, mixing, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating.
- Perform equipment set-ups, machine changeovers, and deep sanitization/cleanings per SOPs.
- Accurately complete required batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and sample batches for testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience required (solid dose manufacturing, tablet compression, encapsulation, or coating experience preferred).
- Skills: Knowledge of cGMP and FDA guidelines, basic math skills, ability to read and follow strict written instructions, and strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs, and wear required PPE (including respirator if needed).
