Duties

- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and healthcare providers to promote collaborative care.
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices related to behavioral health and social services.
- Coordinate behavioral health interventions and support services that enhance client outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading social services or related programs within a healthcare or community organization.
- Extensive background in program development and program management for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
- Strong working knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and client advocacy.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative oversight.
- Familiarity with relationship management strategies involving clients, families, and community partners.
