What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced - Highway Striping & Signage EPOXY/PAINT DRIVER-OPERATOR position at Riders Construction?
Overview - We are seeking skilled Epoxy and Paint Truck Drivers and Operators to join our team in the spring. As a Striper, you will be responsible for applying Epoxy, Paint or Thermoplastic striping to roads, parking lots, and other surfaces. ## Duties - Operate specialized equipment such as epoxy truck, paint truck, striping machines, paint sprayers, and other tools to apply pavement markings - Measure and mark layout for striping projects - Ensure accurate and precise application of markings according to project specifications and plan details - Maintain equipment in good working condition by cleaning and performing routine maintenance - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries ## Requirements - Experience in striping or pavement marking is preferred - Knowledge of construction sites and traffic control procedures - Familiarity with operating equipment and tools is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
