Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Golden, CO, for a Striping Foreman. The Striping Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations on construction projects, including managing crews, operating and maintaining striping equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities also include coordinating with team members, supervising maintenance tasks, and upholding quality standards for all carpentry and striping activities.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and routine maintenance
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in Carpentry and related construction tasks
- General Maintenance skills to ensure equipment and tools remain in working condition
- Commitment to safety practices and high-quality work standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or safety are a plus
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
