What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Project Engineer position at Riders Construction?
Overview - We are seeking one candidate to train as a Project Engineer to join our team in the spring. . This is an entry level position with a goal of permanent employment to eventually become a project manager. We are looking to hire starting in the spring of 2026 and will require in person training and high level shadowing. You will learn the trade of striping and signage, be responsible for field work as well as office administration. We are looking for one individual with a dedicated work ethic, keen eye for detail, willingness to learn specific job functions and operating procedures. Individual must be reliable, punctual, organized, have communication skills, computer skills, ability to read plans, proper measurements. Field of study, construction management or other will be helpful but not required. Valid Drivers License and clean MVR required for company vehicle provided.
