This position focuses on providing a high level of customer service by managing daily logistics, documentation and office communication. The role works closley with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately, issuses are resolved promptly and overall service expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily logistics coordination
• Prepare and process shipment documentation
• Communicate with customers and vendors via email in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize freight portals to schedule and track shipments
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support general office administrative tasks with order entry and expediting as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization)
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for professional email communication
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or office support is a plus
