- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in aircraft cabin systems development and leadership.
- Proficiency in CAD (CATIA V5), PLM tools (Teamcenter), design software (Adobe Suite, Figma), and project management tools (Jira).
- Knowledge of industry standards, technical documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
