Key Responsibilities: Supervise equipment installation and testing, conduct virtual builds and equipment checks, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, analyze data to improve performance, manage projects to ensure production capacity, communicate across departments, lead maintenance and repair efforts, ensure safety and quality compliance, and oversee equipment investment projects. Flexibility to support all shifts is required.
Qualifications & Skills: Require a four-year engineering degree (ME or EE) or equivalent experience, with 0-6 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of vehicle quality equipment, experience with data analysis, and prior CMMS system use.
Work Environment: Office and production areas, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally, supporting all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
