- Responsibilities: Manage inventory, validate received products, oversee stocking and product quality, and maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance. Develop and execute work schedules, control labor and payroll expenses, and ensure food safety and safety guidelines are followed. Communicate and implement company plans, participate in meetings, and foster a team environment aligned with core values. Develop department goals, monitor performance, and handle staffing, training, and performance management of associates. Additional duties as assigned.
