Position Summary
The Program Manager will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) III Task Order. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government, ensuring successful delivery of all Outreach & Engagement (O&E) activities, IT operations, and cybersecurity support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program management oversight for all task order activities, deliverables, and personnel
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams delivering user-centered digital solutions to military communities
- Establish and maintain quality management processes and procedures
- Coordinate program kick-off meetings and develop comprehensive transition plans
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports, monthly progress reports, and quarterly reviews
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across all task areas
- Ensure compliance with all Government requirements, regulations, and security protocols
- Foster innovative approaches to program delivery while maintaining operational excellence
- Interface with Government stakeholders including the AAS COR and MC&FP TPOC
- Oversee implementation of quality management plans and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Must be an employee of the prime contractor
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 security investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing military community support programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading large teams in delivery of user-centered digital solutions within military or Government sectors
- Experience with DoD acquisition processes and contract management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Pay: $160,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
