Position Summary
The Cloud Cybersecurity Manager provides comprehensive multidisciplinary leadership and cybersecurity support across all cloud environments. This position ensures the security, compliance, and resilience of MC&FP's cloud infrastructure while implementing advanced cybersecurity practices and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive cybersecurity leadership for cloud-based operations
- Manage cybersecurity projects within AWS GovCloud and other cloud environments
- Implement and maintain compliance with NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA requirements
- Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
- Manage Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and remediation efforts
- Analyze, assess, and implement corrective actions based on vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Support DoD defensive cyber operational activities including incident response and recovery
- Lead information system protection, defense, and reporting initiatives
- Coordinate with Government AO and IAM on certification and accreditation activities
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation
- Oversee 24/7/365 security monitoring and incident response capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects of similar size and complexity within cloud environments
- Minimum 8 years of experience with NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, SCAP, IAVAs, and FISMA
- One of the following certifications: CISM, CISSO, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCSA, GCIH, GSLC, GICSP, CISSP-ISSMP, or CISSP
- Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Tier 5 security investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting DoD defensive cyber operations
- Experience with AWS GovCloud security architecture and implementation
- Advanced certifications in cloud security and risk management
Pay: $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
