Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. Essential Functions
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Manage front desk email communications and inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Manage meeting room scheduling and ensure spaces are prepared for appointments
• Support internal communication by relaying messages and information efficiently
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scanning

Skills & Abilities
