Position Overview
This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Owner. The Engineering Manager (Drafting & Design) will lead a team of 4 while remaining hands-on in design and execution.

This role is focused on commercial cabinetry and millwork within a design-build environment. The ideal candidate understands how projects move from concept → engineering → production → installation and can lead with that full lifecycle in mind.

Establish structure, standards, and accountability
Partner directly with the Owner on priorities and execution
Design-Build Leadership (Core Requirement)

Qualifications
Required (Non-Negotiable):

10 years of experience in drafting, design, or engineering
Design-Build experience — must have worked on projects from concept through installation
Strong background in commercial cabinetry / architectural millwork
Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Cabinet Vision (or similar)
Experience supporting large-scale commercial projects
Preferred:
Design-Build experience — must have worked on projects from concept through installation
