Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive promotional and communication strategies that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and foster audience engagement. This role also owns marketing operations — overseeing the tools, processes, and performance metrics that keep campaigns running efficiently and effectively across all channels.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Channel Strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across social media, search engines, email, display, trade advertising, content marketing, and the company website.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Develop and manage a communications and promotions calendar in close collaboration with product management, product marketing, sales, and product development.
Content & Creative Oversight
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials including website copy, advertising content, social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
• Ensure all content aligns with established brand standards and strategic messaging frameworks.
Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology
• Manage and optimize the company website, digital content, and inbound campaigns using HubSpot CMS.
• Leverage marketing automation to capture leads, run nurture sequences, and track opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Optimize digital assets — landing pages, forms, and web experiences — to maximize lead capture efficiency.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
• Track and analyze the performance of all communication initiatives and campaigns.
• Deliver regular reporting on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI to internal stakeholders.
Events & Partnerships
• Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
• Develop event-specific communication materials and promotional strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and corporate partners.
Budget Management
• Develop and manage the marketing communications budget.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and maintain accurate tracking of all marketing spend.
Supporting Activities
Product Launches & Go-To-Market Execution
• Execute marketing communications and lead generation efforts for new product launches in alignment with go-to-market strategies defined by segment managers.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
• Partner with segment managers to build product-focused demand generation campaigns.
• Develop compelling messaging and automated workflows that move prospects through the buyer's journey.
Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Communications
• Partner with the sustainability team and executive leadership to communicate the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
• Manage certification logo approvals and compliance as required.
Note: This role may support or lead additional marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, audience-specific messaging.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, AI tools, social media platforms, and related marketing technology.
Preferred
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of marketing specialists and coordinators.
