This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, and presenting financial KPIs, metrics, and performance insights across the organization. The Financial Analyst will partner with department leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and cost control. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial results to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining financial KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to track organizational and departmental financial performance
- Responsible for analyzing financial results, trends, variances, and key drivers; providing clear explanations and recommendations
- Responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports and insights to department leaders and management
- Responsible for providing actionable financial recommendations to improve profitability, cost management, efficiency, and resource utilization
- Responsible for developing and maintaining product‑level pricing models, including assumptions, margin targets, and cost structures, to support accurate pricing decisions and profitability analysis
- Responsible for ensuring all products consistently align with approved pricing models and forecasts, monitoring variances, identifying risks or opportunities, and recommending pricing adjustments as needed
- Responsible for assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Responsible for monitoring departmental financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity and accuracy related to financial reporting, KPIs, and general ledger data
- Responsible for standardizing financial reporting and metrics across departments to ensure consistency and transparency
- Responsible for supporting leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-support modeling
- Responsible for documenting financial metrics, methodologies, assumptions, and reporting processes
- Responsible for coordinating financial analysis projects across departments as needed
- Responsible for identifying financial risks and opportunities and proactively communicating findings

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
- Strong understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and key financial metrics
- Experience creating and analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling); experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly to non-financial audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and influence without direct authority
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
