will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the
budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the
field to oversee your projects and make sure it is completed properly.
Work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project
coordinators, sub-contractors, technicians and many others during each
project. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules,
work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines
are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Professionally represent Revive
Restoration principles of honesty and integrity. Continuously work to
ensure compliance with all our processes, policies, better business
practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the
jurisdictions in which Revive Restoration operates. Maintain focus and
dedication to providing excellent true customer service. Assist all team
members as needed and foster a positive working relationship with all
departments. Work alongside our Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators
and Project Coordinators to facilitate collaboration and communication
during the restoration of residential and commercial projects. Work with
the Project Coordinators to ensure that all documents and administrative
matters relative to active job flow ensuring the restoration is done
timely, efficiently, and safely. Handle correspondence with insurance
providers, insurance adjusters/representatives and property owners.
Follow all program and TPA guidelines. Coordinate all Tradesmen. Review
all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned
jobs. Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings
and Net Promoter Score. Confirm budget and work orders before the start
of the project. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Build
partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen. Track
metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings. \*\*\*\*\*
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Work Experience in the Restoration,
Construction/Building Trades is Desired. Requirements Ability to lead
and develop team. Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
Sound planning and organizational skills. Valid driver\'s license and
background check with a clean record. Accredited degree or equivalent
relevant experience. 1 3 years in a professional setting. Ability to
sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to climb ladders,
work at ceiling heights and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work on
call and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
