Job Summary:

Revive Restoration is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning carpets and other floor surfaces, delivering excellent customer service, and representing our company professionally at job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning using professional equipment

• Pre-inspect areas and identify appropriate cleaning methods

• Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment

• Safely handle cleaning solutions and tools

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers

• Complete job documentation and follow company procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and perform physical work

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Previous carpet cleaning or restoration experience is a plus (training available)
