JOB REQUIREMENTS: About Revive Restoration of Madison, Wisconsin We are
a disaster recovery and restoration company serving the Madison area,
specializing in restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, mold,
and storm damage. Our mission is to provide high-quality craftsmanship
and compassionate service to help clients rebuild and recover quickly.
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish
Carpenter Who Is Also Experienced In Drywall Installation, Taping,
texturing, and painting. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded
tradesperson who takes pride in precision work and can handle the
finishing phases of restoration projects with minimal supervision. Key
Responsibilities 1. Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim,
baseboards, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation. 2. Repair,
replace, and install drywall, tape, mud, sand, and texture surfaces. 3.
Apply primer and paint to walls, ceilings, and trim with a professional
finish. 4. Restore and match existing finishes to pre-loss condition. 5.
Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs
efficiently and on schedule. 6. Maintain a clean and safe work
environment at all times. 7. Communicate professionally with homeowners
and insurance representatives. \*\*\*Follow all company safety and
quality standards. Qualifications \* Extensive previous experience is
necessary. \* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. \* Ability
to read and interpret drawings or work orders. \* Valid driver\'s
license. \* Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments
(occupied homes, construction sites, etc.). \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS: Effective written and oral communications. Ability
to travel locally within the state of Wisconsin. (transportation is
provided) Ability to regularly lift 50-100 pounds (with Team
Assistance) Ability to squat, climb, push, pull, carry over head,
throughout workday. Ability to (crawl in small/confined spaces)
Qualification: Extensive previous experience is necessary. Strong
attention to details and craftmanship. Ability to read and interpret
drawings or work orders. Valid Driver\'s License with clean driving
