Storm Guard Roofing and Construction is looking for a Production Project Manager to join our Madison-based team and take ownership of roofing and exterior restoration projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of residential exterior construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, superior customer satisfaction, and on-time completion. You'll oversee daily site activity, coordinate subcontractors, resolve project challenges, and act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential roofing and exterior projects from pre-production through completion
• Recruit, schedule, and oversee crews and subcontractors
• Order materials and coordinate timely deliveries
• Perform job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress
• Collaborate with sales team to align on project scope and customer expectations
• Lead project-related communications with clients, proactively managing updates and concerns
• Resolve any conflicts or delays that arise during production
• Ensure all projects comply with safety protocols and local regulations
• Conduct quality inspections and address deficiencies as needed
• Continually improve efficiency and customer experience through systems and process enhancements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, construction, or a related field
• Roofing or exterior construction knowledge highly preferred
• Strong leadership and crew management abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication style
• Tech-savvy, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position.
• Competitive salary at $56,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience
