What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Manager position at REVEL SEARCH®?
I'm partnering with a growing landscaping and outdoor services company that's looking for someone who wants to do more than answer phones and process paperwork.
They're looking for a Customer Relations Manager who will become the face and voice of the company for customers.
This person will help manage the customer experience from the first phone call through project completion, work closely with operations, coordinate schedules and crews, solve customer concerns, and help keep a fast-moving business organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is:
• Confident and professional when communicating with customers
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Strong with technology and able to learn new software quickly
• Skilled at problem-solving and finding solutions
• Comfortable working with both customers and operations teams
• Interested in being part of a growing company where their contributions matter
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction services, property management, home services, or similar industries would be extremely valuable.
Experience with LMN software would be a major plus, but we're open to training the right person.
