Marketing Coordinator (Remote – PST Hours Required)

Revel Search has partnered with a high-performing luxury real estate team to identify a Marketing Coordinator who can support listing marketing, digital presence, and day-to-day marketing execution.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity supporting a Southern California-based team. Candidates must be able to work PST hours.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and proactive—someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep marketing initiatives moving without constant direction

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute listing marketing from start to finish (MLS input, brochures, email campaigns, etc.)
• Design high-quality marketing materials using Canva
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain and update website content and marketing assets
• Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Organize digital assets, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, real estate marketing, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency with Canva and social media tools
• Comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with a proactive, “figure-it-out” mindset
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Structure

• Flexible hours (part-time or full-time depending on availability)
• Fully remote (must work PST hours)
