Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter who will support the continued growth and transformation of the Americas Region. This recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical, engineering, and corporate talent.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record recruiting in manufacturing, industrial environments, and engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, and related technical roles). Ideal candidates bring experience from both agency and corporate recruiting, demonstrating agility, resourcefulness, and the ability to partner effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Execution
- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Americas Region by hiring high-impact talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, with an emphasis on manufacturing, technical, mechanical, and electrical engineering positions, as well as general corporate functions (finance, IT, HR, marketing, legal, etc.).
- Source, attract, and close candidates in competitive technical markets using a blend of creative sourcing strategies, direct recruiting, and relationship-driven engagement.
- Leverage experience from both agency and corporate environments to optimize candidate pipelines and bring a consultative, client-focused approach to hiring managers.
Partnership & Strategy
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and leaders to understand workforce needs, align on recruiting strategies, and contribute to overall Company goals.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on market insights, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, shared knowledge, and consistent communication within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Be innovative: share new ideas, continuously evaluate processes, and recommend improvements that support efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Define and help build programs and TA initiatives that support short-term and long-term business needs from a talent perspective.
- Foster a data-driven environment, using metrics, trends, and analytics to influence decisions and drive measurable results.
Ownership & Professionalism
- Appropriately prioritize requisitions and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Education, Skills & Experience
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting at a regional or national level, ideally with a blend of agency corporate experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for:
- Manufacturing and industrial environments
- Electrical, mechanical, and other technical engineering roles
- High-volume and corporate functions
- Strong ability to source technical talent, build pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions with speed and quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data, insights, and recommendations to hiring teams and leadership.
- Effective multitasking and self-prioritization in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience using recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools to enhance effectiveness.
