What You’ll Do
The Project Team bridges executive vision and real-world execution. Responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may shift rapidly.
- Lead and execute short-term, high-impact projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate with vendors, property owners, and internal teams to drive projects forward
- Deliver clear, detailed reports with actionable recommendations following site visits or assignments
- Represent company values and culture in all interactions with stakeholders
- Quickly absorb feedback, adapt, and improve performance in real time
- Support leasing efforts including prospecting, touring, negotiating, and closing to build foundational sales skills
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Travel on short notice to complete high-priority, mission-critical assignments
- Temporarily Relocate to new or emerging markets as needed to support company growth initiatives
