Our client is launching a high-end private membership community for founders, investors, and operators—and they’re hiring the person who will define how it grows.
This is not transactional sales. This is high-trust, high-touch, high-value relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Own and close a curated pipeline of $15K–$50K memberships
- Lead in-person meetings, private tours, and exclusive events
- Act as the face of the community for prospective members
- Build trust quickly with high-caliber individuals and referrals
- Create a sense of exclusivity, belonging, and “I need to be here”
- Shape and scale the entire membership sales experience
What You Bring
- 7–15 years in high-end hospitality, private membership, or relationship-driven sales
- Proven track record closing $10K deals
- Strong presence—you naturally command a room
- High emotional intelligence and sharp judgment
- Experience working with founders, investors, or executive-level clients
- Austin-based (or ready to be)
What Success Looks Like
- You’re closing independently within 6 months
- Prospects say yes without needing the founder
- Members start referring other high-quality members
- The community gets stronger with every person you bring in
Compensation
