Role Overview
Join a Client Technology Salesforce Engineering team responsible for building and scaling Salesforce solutions that support Business Development, Operations, and other key stakeholders. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting the Salesforce platform, streamlining business processes, improving data quality, and enabling teams to deliver an excellent client experience. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in the Greenwich, CT office.
What You'll Do
- Enhance and support the Salesforce platform by designing and building new screens, features, and end-to-end functionality aligned to business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements; test and debug solutions to ensure quality, correctness, and alignment with requirements.
- Manage administration and release execution, including user/security setup, security controls, and production deployments for releases and bug fixes, while adhering to coding best practices.
Who You Are
- 7 years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email-to-Case, and Case Routing.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills across Lightning Web Components, Aura Components/Apex, Lightning component development, and Lightning Flows; advanced security models experience required; Platform Developer I certification required.
- A motivated, collaborative, and thoughtful team player with strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills; experience with CI/CD (Flosum or Git) and Salesforce integrations (REST/Bulk/Platform Events) required; exposure to Agentforce/Salesforce AI, AI-powered IDEs, unit/automation testing, SQL, and JavaScript/jQuery/Java is a plus.
