We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide our Energy Facilities team, support our talented project managers, and build lasting relationships with our clients in the renewable energy space.
Location: Lancaster, PA
Work Environment: Hybrid – Three days in-office
What You’ll Do
As our Energy Facilities Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a diverse group of project managers across multiple offices and disciplines.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for many of our renewable energy clients while overseeing project execution through your team.
- Drive projects from early concept through completion—defining scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide expertise in energy solutions such as CHP, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), PV/Solar, and other renewable projects; experience in natural gas and renewable natural gas is a plus.
- Champion collaboration across regions to share expertise and resources.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure your team meets established operational, financial, and performance goals.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of management-level experience in energy or related fields.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Strong technical expertise and business development skills in energy projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project management.
