RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an institutional investment firm focusing on Class A Office and Retail, is seeking an Associate on their Asset Management team located in New York, NY. The Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to drive asset value through leasing, development, redevelopment, financings, and dispositions. The Associate will gain experience working for a “best in class” institutional firm working on transactional asset management duties with office and retail product. This position is 5 days per week in office.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- :Bachelor's in real estate, finance, business, economics, accounting, or mathematics
- .Minimum of 3-6 years of experience within an investment bank or real estate investment fir
- mExperience with cash flow modeling in Excel. ARGUS preferred
