Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of projects: test-fit, design, permitting, construction, and closeout
- Oversee multiple café builds and remodels across the Southeast region
- Coordinate architects, general contractors, and vendors
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- Track project progress and ensure on-time store openings
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, design specs, and construction guidelines
- Support franchisees with design and construction execution
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or related field
- 5–7 years of construction/project management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality
- Experience managing multi-unit development (100 locations preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and permitting processes
- Experience in franchise or high-growth environments preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast
