What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- 10 years of progressive culinary leadership, with clear tenure stability
- Proven success in high-volume, upscale or luxury dining environments
- Strong foundation in Latin cuisine (multi-regional exposure is a major plus)
- Experience leading large teams and/or multi-unit culinary operations
- Deep understanding of cost control, inventory, and financial performance
- Hands-on leadership style

- Chefs without high-volume exposure
- Candidates coming strictly from low-volume fine dining with no scale experience
- Leaders who manage from the office instead of the kitchen
