Position Overview
The Operations Manager III will support the management of full event operations, from budgeting and vendor coordination to on-site execution, under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to manage logistics, client communication, accounting, and vendor relationships while learning the full scope of event operations.

Key Responsibilities
Event Operations & Vendor Management
- Assist in managing the end-to-end event experience, including budgets, site selection, vendor contracting, food & beverage selection, and menu development.
- Coordinate services defined in client contracts and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all vendor agreements, contracts, and paperwork.
- Support clients in day-to-day interactions and escalate complex issues to the Regional Director as needed.
- Ensure timely setup, execution, and breakdown of events according to client expectations and operational standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health regulations.
Client & Account Coordination
- Communicate client needs effectively to vendors and supervisors.
- Assist with high-level agreements for one-off events and ongoing accounts.
- Prospect new clients and vendor partners and report opportunities to supervisor.
- Maintain AR/AP records for vendors and clients and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine operational processes and procedures.
Financial & Accounting Duties
- Track all event-related sales, commissions, site fees, and other financials.
- Process vendor minimum payouts and generate receipts.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring sign-off from clients and vendors.
- Maintain monthly income tracking and reconcile statements as required.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in food, catering, or hospitality management; experience in the food truck industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry proficiency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
