• Drive financial performance—labor, food cost, budgets, and profitability
• Support recruiting, onboarding, HR processes, and performance management
• Manage community engagement, online reputation, and guest feedback
• Lead new restaurant openings and regional growth projects
• Ensure compliance, safety, maintenance, and operational readiness
