Restaurant Area Director Requirements
- 3 years of multi-unit experience in Casual dining with 3 plus locations
- Ability to work on your feet with positivity and enthusiasm
- A natural passion for people development and growth
- Strong financial acumen and focus on customer service, driving sales and controlling costs
- Passionate about building a positive company culture and upholding brand standards
- Big Picture thinker and experienced in promoting company growth
- Flexible, adaptable, and strong communication skills
