This search is for a hands‑on operator with a strong food & beverage background, resort management expertise, and the ability to balance day‑to‑day operations with long‑term development.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee resort operations including lodging, F&B, recreation, and guest services
- Lead and mentor a seasonal team (4–6 year‑round staff, 30 summer employees)
- Expand the bar & grill program, scaling revenue beyond the current ~$50K annually
- Drive off‑season growth opportunities to balance summer‑heavy revenue streams
- Manage redevelopment projects, including cabin sales, remodeling, and HOA coordination
- Partner on future expansion initiatives (e.g., Nordic Spa project)
- Ensure financial stewardship, compliance, and guest satisfaction across all areas
Must‑Have Experience
- Proven leadership in resort or hospitality operations
- Strong food & beverage management background (non‑negotiable for expansion plans)
- Experience managing seasonal staffing and high‑volume summer operations
- Familiarity with HOA or individual unit owner relationships in resort settings
