About the Concept
We are a high-volume live event food service operator supporting some of Colorado's premier entertainment venues, concerts, festivals, and special events. Our operations focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient food service, operational excellence, and strict food safety standards in fast-paced event environments.
As our event portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee food and beverage operations across multiple large-scale entertainment venues.
Position Overview
The Multi-Venue Operations Manager will oversee food service operations across multiple live entertainment venues, ensuring successful event execution, team leadership, operational consistency, and compliance with all food safety standards.
This is not a traditional restaurant management role. The ideal candidate thrives in high-energy, event-driven environments and can successfully manage multiple locations, large teams, and complex logistics while maintaining exceptional service standards.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for staffing, compliance, food execution, and operational performance across a portfolio of major event venues.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Venue Operations Leadership
- Oversee food service operations across multiple entertainment and event venues
- Maintain operational consistency and service standards across all locations
- Conduct regular site visits and provide operational support during live events
- Coordinate with venue partners and event stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Live Event Management
- Lead food and beverage operations during concerts, festivals, and special events
- Manage event staffing, scheduling, and deployment strategies
- Ensure smooth service execution during high-volume peak periods
- Monitor guest experience, operational flow, and revenue performance
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 event staff members
- Manage scheduling, labor deployment, and staffing requirements
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Train employees on operational procedures, food safety, and service standards
Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain strict compliance with all health department regulations
- Ensure food safety certifications and required training are current
- Conduct routine inspections and corrective action plans when necessary
- Oversee sanitation practices in outdoor and high-volume event environments
Food & Beverage Operations
- Oversee high-volume concession food production and service
- Ensure consistency, speed, and quality standards across all events
- Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and operational readiness
- Support menu execution and operational efficiency initiatives
Logistics & Operational Support
- Coordinate inventory movement and product distribution between venues
- Support equipment management and operational transportation needs
- Ensure proper preparation and readiness for all scheduled events
- Manage operational resources efficiently across multiple locations
Qualifications
- 3 years of multi-unit, multi-venue, restaurant, hospitality, or event operations leadership experience
- Strong background in high-volume food service environments
- Experience managing large teams in fast-paced operational settings
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and compliance
- Strong scheduling, labor management, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between venues as needed
- Evening, weekend, and event-based schedule flexibility required
Preferred Experience
- Multi-unit restaurant operations
- Live event, stadium, arena, amphitheater, or festival operations
- Quick-service or concession food service management
- Catering or large-scale hospitality operations
- Food safety certification management
- Venue partner or contract food service experience
