District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

A premier, rapidly growing QSR franchise group is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee operations across the Corning, Syracuse, and Binghamton areas. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will directly influence regional culture, mentor restaurant leaders, and drive multi-unit financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Leadership: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to General Managers across your assigned territory to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
• Talent Sourcing & Development: Actively recruit, train, and build a high-performing management team, ensuring a strong internal talent pipeline and low turnover.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety compliance, speed-of-service goals, and exceptional guest hospitality.
• Financial Oversight: Complete P&L responsibility for the patch—analyzing metrics, managing labor/food costs, and executing targeted strategies to maximize profitability.

What We Are Looking For

• Recent Multi-Unit Experience: Must have 2 years of current/recent multi-unit management experience specifically within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food industry.
• Dynamic Leadership Style: A proven ability to inspire diverse teams, develop talent from within, and cultivate a positive, motivating workplace culture.
• Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financial drivers, P&L management, budgeting, and driving localized sales.
• Regional Flexibility: Ability to effectively travel between and support restaurant locations.
