Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Lead daily FOH and overall restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional service standards across multiple dining experiences.
- Maintain an active floor presence and resolve guest concerns.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare for long-term growth into senior leadership.
Financial & Business Performance
- Support P&L management, labor controls, and operational efficiencies.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining premium service standards.
- Assist with inventory, scheduling, and cost management.
Brand Standards
- Uphold the integrity of a scratch kitchen and elevated dining experience.
- Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and future expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Management experience in fine dining or upscale full-service restaurants required.
- AGM ready for GM advancement preferred; experienced GMs also considered.
- Strong leadership, guest engagement, and team development skills.
- Scratch kitchen and chef-driven concept experience highly desirable.
- QSR backgrounds will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually.
