We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Marketing to spearhead localized marketing initiatives and drive business growth for an established multi-unit brand across several regional Texas markets.
Responsibilitie
- Campaign Execution: Develop and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, and local promotional events
- Brand & Content Management: Maintain regional brand standards across all marketing collateral and oversee a comprehensive marketing content calendar
- Community & PR Partnerships: Cultivate local media relationships and build community goodwill through strategic partnerships and local organizations
- Digital & Loyalty Programs: Champion customer rewards, loyalty platforms, and tailored digital outreach to deepen guest engagement
- Budget & Analytics: Manage and reconcile the local marketing budget while analyzing sales and market trends to support the ongoing strategy

Requiremen
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience: Proven track record in localized/regional marketing and social media management. Experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, or food and beverage is highly preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and organization skills; ability to balance multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team
