The Controller will lead all financial and accounting operations across multiple restaurant concepts. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, payroll oversight, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across all locations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Oversee and support payroll processes (including tip structures if applicable)
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting systems
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Conduct audits and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial decisions and growth planning
- Optimize systems including Restaurant365 (R365) and Toast
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience (restaurant/multi-unit required)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance
- Experience with Restaurant365 and Toast preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
