Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels while analyzing performance, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI.
- Lead content creation, social media, branding, and customer engagement efforts, bringing fresh ideas and innovative marketing initiatives that support company growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement new marketing opportunities, technologies, AI tools, and growth initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen market presence, and contribute to overall business success.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of marketing experience
- Proven success managing digital advertising campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition
- Experience creating and executing marketing strategies independently
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, printing, manufacturing, B2B sales, or related industries
- Experience with SEO, and website optimization
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Photography, video, or graphic design experience
- Marketing automation and CRM experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
- Demonstrated success increasing engagement and audience growth across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
