Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in data extraction, reporting, and analytics using Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard maintenance and visualization.
- Experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system for administration and support.
- Experience in performing monthly billing extraction from SolarWinds.
- Experience with software upgrade, change, and release management procedures.
- Experience in asset management and documenting technical processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather infrastructure data and transpose it for monthly billing requirements.
- Automate data extraction tasks and update complex spreadsheets.
- Maintain and support interactive executive dashboards.
- Provide Tier 1 support and serve as backup administrator for the ticketing system.
- Collaborate on changes to forms, workspaces, and FAQ development.
- Perform asset management tasks and verify operational steps.
- Document and update process workflows in collaboration with technical writers.
