Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience with VMware Workspace ONE and AirWatch administration.
- Proficiency in mobile OS platforms and enterprise mobility architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experience in cellular activations on vendor portals like Verizon and AT&T.
- Experience with mobile security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and integrating MDM with IAM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the AirWatch MDM platform including device enrollment and policy configuration.
- Plan and execute the migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for mobile device issues across all platforms.
- Monitor system performance and implement security posture improvements.
- Collaborate with security teams to align policies with organizational standards.
- Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Manage vendor support portals for cellular device activations.
