Requirements

20 or more years of experience in enterprise architecture and public sector strategic roadmaps.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, and Application Designer.

Experience with Oracle 11g or higher, SQL, SQR, and Application Engine.

Experience in cloud migrations, IT security controls, and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience with ITIL framework, service desk administration, and full SDLC methodologies.

Experience in WCAG 2.1 standards and multitenant reporting framework design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead the technical vision and long-term roadmap for statewide ERP systems and platforms.

Architect secure integration patterns and cloud-based modernization for enterprise applications.

Oversee PeopleSoft technical operations including image upgrades and Fluid interface implementations.

Manage outsourced technical teams and monitor managed services provider performance metrics.

Engineer multitenant reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and user self-sufficiency.

Execute technical reviews of metadata structures, automation rules, and system configurations.

Conduct accessibility audits and remediation to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
