Requirements

20 or more years of experience in enterprise architecture and strategic roadmap development for public sector systems.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM 9.2 environments including PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.

Experience with Oracle 11g/12c databases, SQL, PS Query, SQR, and Application Engine development.

Experience in cloud migration strategies, digital transformation, and modernization of legacy ERP platforms.

Experience with ITIL framework methodologies, service desk administration, and IT infrastructure control audits.

Experience in WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, data security governance, and enterprise SDLC processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Architect and lead long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level data platforms and software ecosystems.

Direct digital transformation initiatives and large-scale cloud migrations to modernize legacy system constraints.

Manage technology operations and serve as the primary escalation point for complex architectural issues.

Implement guidelines for solution designs, integration patterns, and enterprise security best practices.

Oversee service desk configuration and administration while monitoring team performance and project delivery.

Lead technical audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accessibility requirements.

Coordinate with managed service providers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate scalability and integration risks.
