Requirements

4 or more years of experience in enterprise project management for infrastructure and software applications.

Experience with full life cycle change management and systems development life cycle implementation.

Experience in PCI, PUB1075, and NIST information security compliance standards.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint for technical documentation and tracking.

Experience in vendor management, metrics analysis, and project financial reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead high-complexity projects involving infrastructure, cloud computing, and information security.

Direct the work activities of architects, consultants, and technicians across interrelated teams.

Execute project schedules and priorities according to established SDLC methodologies.

Manage project financials including cost estimation, budget tracking, and personnel resource hours.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and change request processes to resolve schedule impacts.

Document project benefits, cycle time reductions, and core policy procedures.

Coordinate post-implementation knowledge transfer and maintenance support for technical components.
