Requirements

7 or more years of experience in IBM Maximo 7.5 or higher system administration.

Proficiency in Oracle and SQL database environments supporting enterprise asset management.

Experience with BIRT report development and modification for complex data analytics.

Experience in WebSphere application server management and IIS web server configuration.

Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and system performance monitoring.

Experience in Maximo integration framework support and platform upgrade execution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Manage daily IBM Maximo system administration and technical performance optimization.

Maintain enterprise Oracle and SQL databases to ensure data integrity and availability.

Design and deploy customized BIRT reports and analytical reporting integrations.

Execute platform upgrades, patching cycles, and environment migration strategies.

Coordinate technical integrations between the asset management platform and external systems.

Resolve advanced technical escalations and provide direct support to system end-users.

Deliver technical guidance and training to functional leads across multiple departments.
