Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in IBM Maximo 7.5 or higher system administration.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL database environments supporting enterprise asset management.
• Experience with BIRT report development and modification for complex data analytics.
• Experience in WebSphere application server management and IIS web server configuration.
• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and system performance monitoring.
• Experience in Maximo integration framework support and platform upgrade execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IBM Maximo system administration and technical performance optimization.
• Maintain enterprise Oracle and SQL databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Design and deploy customized BIRT reports and analytical reporting integrations.
• Execute platform upgrades, patching cycles, and environment migration strategies.
• Coordinate technical integrations between the asset management platform and external systems.
• Resolve advanced technical escalations and provide direct support to system end-users.
• Deliver technical guidance and training to functional leads across multiple departments.
